At The Redheaded Jeweler we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, non-personalized items within 30 days from delivery date for an exchange or refund.
Personalized/custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We can exchange for a different item or same item in a different size/length. We also offer a return for refund back to your original form of payment. Returns for refund are subject to a $3 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please reach out to info@theredheadedjeweler.com with your order number, email address, and items you would like returned or exchanged.
Returns must be received within 14 days from the creation of the return to be accepted.
Warranty Information:
All of the necklaces come with a 90-day warranty for any chain or clasp defects. Contact us and we will arrange to fix the necklace/clasp for you at no charge. If your chain or clasp breaks after the 90-day period has come to an end, contact us for possible replacement at a lower cost.
All earrings come with a 60-day warranty. If the earring breaks within the warranty period, contact us to get a replacement earring sent to you. If the earring breaks after the 60-day period has come to an end, contact us for possible replacement of a single earring instead of a full pair.
All rings and bracelets come with a 90-day warranty. If your ring or bracelet breaks within the warranty period, contact us to arrange for it to be fixed.
These warranties do not cover negligence of the wearer (i.e. child tugging, getting caught on shirt, improper storage, etc).
